The part-time Human Resources/Payroll Coordinator (22.5 hours/week) assists in the administration of the full suite of payroll and benefit services to the organization, including employees and contingent workers. They support staff at every phase of the employment cycle while also ensuring the accuracy of key human resources functions and data management. This is a hybrid role, requiring an in-office presence at our Pittsburgh location combined with remote work flexibility.
A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required. An associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration or human resources and one (1) to three (3) years of experience in a variety of payroll/human resources disciplines with a solid understanding of legal and regulatory requirements is preferred. An equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered in lieu of education.
Annual Salary
Pay Grade 103
Hourly Rate – $19.50 – $22.50
