The Manager, Meeting Basic Needs, working in strategic and creative partnership with the Meeting Basic Needs Director and Community Impact team (including PA 211 Southwest), will have oversight of a diverse portfolio of Impact grant funded agencies, and issues and community-focused initiatives to achieve measurable success within the investment priority of Meeting Basic Needs. The Manager will also play a critical role in building community partnerships and work collaboratively across all United Way departments to create meaningful community change. They will also provide end-to-end grant management, from discovery of community need to selection of funded partners and reporting outcomes.
A bachelors degree in non-profit management, public administration, social work, or related field and a minimum of five (5) years working in collaborative setting with community organizations is required. Experience with writing grants, proposals, applications and reports is preferred. An equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered in lieu of education.
Annual Salary
Pay Grade 107
Salary Range – $55,620 – $62,000
