Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Westmoreland Operational Support advocates for children in Westmoreland County who have experienced abuse and neglect. Advocates serve as “friends of the court” and provide a voice in the courts for children who have been abused or neglected by parents or caregivers. Through collaboration with the court system and partner agencies, advocates assist in determining the child’s placement to ensure safety and stability.
