Community Food Solutions

This funding will support Mwanakuche Farm’s 2026 season of culturally relevant urban farming, education and community engagement in Pittsburgh’s North Side. The grant will fund crop planning, youth and intern training, volunteer coordination and workshops that build food security and cultural connection for immigrant and low-income families. These efforts are aimed at strengthening community resilience through hands-on learning and consistent access to fresh produce.
