Transitional Housing is an 18-24-month program focused on teaching individuals and families to become self-sufficient by helping them to obtain the education or job training needed to find employment that yields a livable wage. Residents are supplied with food, shelter, case management and resources such as drug, alcohol, or mental health treatment.
