Inaugural Policy Report

United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania acknowledges the value of advocacy alongside direct services to drive positive change in the region. In 2025, we released our Inaugural Policy Report, highlighting community challenges and guiding ongoing advocacy efforts. The report focuses on four key themes: digital access, economic stability for families, education & youth, and food access for all.
