Tocqueville Society
Tocqueville Society donors contribute $10,000 or more annually and are our region’s most influential business and civic leaders who invest in long-term innovative solutions to our community’s most difficult issues.
Bridges Society
Bridges Society members give $1,000+ annually. Dynamic and from diverse backgrounds and careers, our members offer their generosity, time and talent to create real, lasting change in the lives of local adults, children and families.
Women United
Tocqueville or Bridges Society donors may also join Women United, where our strong, and passionate members give, volunteer and network to help meet basic needs, move to financial stability and build for success in school and life.
Next Gen Ambassador Circle
Young professionals , age 35 and under and their allies, give $120 to $240 annually and engage, network and volunteer with likeminded individuals from diverse backgrounds who care about making a difference for generations to come.

Our community is only as strong as those who lead the way. United Way has created a philanthropic pathway to inspire giving and ensure that your contributions make the greatest impact possible, especially as your ability to give increases. For the love of Pittsburgh: Kate and Alex Gionta
Tocqueville donors Kate and Alex Gionta met in 2005. She was from Ebensburg, a small Pennsylvania town, and he was from nearby Murrysville. They met at their first job at KPMG and fell for each other and the City of Pittsburgh. Married in 2012, the Giontas have lived downtown for over a decade. Kate also serves on the Tocqueville Society committee.
