The Allegheny Housing Stabilization Collaborative coordinates rental assistance processing and housing stabilization services for households at imminent risk of eviction in Allegheny County.

The Sustainable Home Improvement Program (SHIP) – ACTION-Housing, in collaboration with Rebuilding Together Pittsburgh, provides home repairs, improvements and disability-related modifications to seniors and people with disabilities to support long-term housing independence.

The Sustainable Home Improvement Program (SHIP) – ACTION-Housing, in collaboration with Rebuilding Together Pittsburgh, provides home repairs and modifications for seniors and people with disabilities. The Sustainable Home Improvement Program resolves dangerous conditions and makes improvements that support clients with specialized physical needs. ACTION-Housing operates the LIHEAP Crisis no-heat restoration program to repair or replace furnaces during the winter.
