Café Momentum Pittsburgh’s Paid Internship & Workforce Development Program supports justice-impacted youth ages 15–19 through paid employment, educational support, mental health services and individualized case management to meet immediate financial needs while building the skills and stability essential for long-term self-sufficiency.

Meeting the Moment:

Maintaining Continuity of Care for Justice-Impacted Youth During Reimbursable Funding Delays – Provided funding to address cash flow delays tied to reimbursement-based government funding that threatened continuity of services for justice-impacted youth. Funding supported youth wages, staffing and essential program costs to ensure uninterrupted access to workforce development, mentorship and basic needs support.
