Impact Grant:

Camp Apple with Teen Camp Apple – Community Care Connections, Inc.’s Camp Apple with Teen Camp Apple is an inclusive recreation program designed to teach social competency and friendship skills. The program is designed to include both children with and without disabilities.

2024

Welcome Back Summer:

Camp Apple – Community Care Connections provided a three-day camping trip to Yogi Bear Campground for participants in its Teen Camp Apple program. Campers engaged in youth-selected activities that promoted teamwork, healthy habits, communication, and independence, creating lasting memories and supporting social-emotional development.

Welcome Back Summer:

Camp Apple – Community Care Connections expanded Teen Camp Apple to include a two-night, three-day inclusive camping trip to Yogi Bear Campground, where teens with and without disabilities built independence, practiced communication, and developed friendships through team activities, crafts, and nature-based experiences.
