Multi-year Grant:

Familylinks Community Connections Program helps young adults, ages 18-24, overcome barriers to obtaining safe and secure permanent housing. Following the Housing First model, Familylinks sees housing as a basic human right and provides immediate access to housing without preconditions.

2025

Falk Facilities and Technology Improvement Fund:

Familylinks will replace its outdated emergency lighting system with LED-powered fixtures to reduce failures and maintenance costs, ensuring compliance and safety at its Shadyside facility. 

2024

Falk Facilities and Technology Improvement Fund:

This grant funds the replacement of kitchen and laundry appliances for FamilyLinks residential program as it relocates from its longtime Wilkinsburg site to a newly renovated facility in Penn Hills. Specifically, the grant will support the purchase of new washers, dryers, a refrigerator, freezer and gas range to ensure a fully functional, updated living space for youth transitioning out of foster care.
