Falk Facilities and Technology Improvement Fund:

FamilyLinks supports youth age 16 to 21 transitioning out of foster care by providing semi-independent housing and coordinated support services. Guided by a caring team, the program helps young people and families in need, with staff working toward a vision of thriving communities filled with healthy, strong individuals.

This grant funds the replacement of kitchen and laundry appliances for FamilyLinks residential program as it relocates from its longtime Wilkinsburg site to a newly renovated facility in Penn Hills. Specifically, the grant will support the purchase of new washers, dryers, a refrigerator, freezer and gas range to ensure a fully functional, updated living space for youth transitioning out of foster care.
