Gwen’s Girl’s STEMpowered program promotes the inclusion of Black women in Science, Technology, Engineering, & Mathematics (STEM) by addressing the inequities and lack of access to high-quality math and science instruction for Black girls. They support the recruitment, retention, and advancement of Black girls in STEM by establishing a pipeline to the STEM professions for Black girls that starts in the formative education years.
