Multi-year Grant:

Heritage Transportation Solutions and Nutrition Services – Heritage Community Initiatives strengthens nonprofit capacity by providing centralized transportation and access to nutritious, scratch-cooked meals — allowing partner organizations to redirect limited resources toward programming, fundraising and client services while expanding reach and reducing barriers for vulnerable populations.

2026

Meeting the Moment:

Emergency Roof Repair – Supported critical repairs to a childcare and meal production facility after severe storm damage caused significant roof leaks. The grant helped protect program operations and infrastructure, ensuring continued access to childcare and meal services without disruption.

2025

Falk Facilities and Technology Improvement Fund:

Heritage will install a railing on an ADA ramp, repair playground fencing and doors and add thermostatic mixing valves to meet safety and compliance standards for children at the Heritage 4 Kids Early Learning Center.

2024

Welcome Back Summer:

This grant helps fund Heritage Community Initiatives’ 11-week summer camp for students in pre-K through eighth grade. The camp offers a well-rounded experience emphasizing early literacy, social and emotional learning, physical activities, field trips and mindfulness. The program provides a safe, engaging environment where children can grow academically, socially and personally throughout the summer.
