Youth Moving Towards Success –Human Services Center Corporation’s KOOL Summer and Youth LIFE After-School Programs provide free quality academic, social and recreational opportunities for low-income students in grades 1-5. Programming is delivered through smaller classes and, through the Emerging Leaders Program, includes career and college readiness for high school seniors.
