Through meals, caregiver support and resource navigation, AgeWell helps older adults maintain stability, health and independence, reducing isolation and supporting aging in the community.

AgeWell Pittsburgh is a multi-agency collaboration that provides more than 25 community-based services to older adults. AgeWell focuses on providing equitable and inclusive services to all older adults and their family caregivers in Allegheny County.
