The program encourages and promotes healthy lifestyle changes and connects individuals with the resources they need to succeed.

Enable Youth with Disabilities Make a Successful Transition from
School to the World of Work – Life’sWork of Western Pennsylvania helps youth with disabilities transition from a supported senior high school environment to the workforce. The program allows youth to explore all opportunities available to them, helping youth reach their full potential and providing all individuals with equal access to meaningful work and job skills training.
