Mon Valley Initiative (MVI) supports people as they move toward financial stability. Through its Workforce Development & Financial Coaching Program MVI provides participants with a path to improved career development and personal financial management skills. Services are provided through direct individualized coaching and in small groups. A vital component of this work is direct connection to employers.
