The 21 and Able program supports youth with disabilities and their families as they prepare for life after high school. Through training, peer support and Pathways to Adulting, youth build real world skills, confidence and self advocacy.

Multi-year Grant:
PEAL Center’s 21 and Able Project helps young adults with disabilities transition smoothly from the last day of high school to the first day of adult life by increasing opportunities for further education, employment, housing opportunities and other supports that increase community inclusion.
