Welcome Back Summer:

Peoples Library serves a diverse community of roughly 45,000 residents across seven municipalities in northwestern Westmoreland County. A cornerstone of its youth services is the Summer Learning Program, which engages children and teens through educational, entertaining and enriching activities designed to foster a love of reading and lifelong learning.
