Welcome Back Summer:

Stoneybrook Foundation’s Equine Assisted Learning Summer Camp offers a unique therapeutic experience for students identified in partnership with local school districts. Unlike traditional horse camps, this program combines literacy development, equine-assisted learning strategies and therapeutic horsemanship, using a specially-trained herd to support emotional growth, confidence and academic engagement.

This grant supports the Assisted Learning Summer Camp, which features a unique curriculum called Cowboy Poetry. The program blends literacy development with equine-assisted learning strategies and therapeutic horsemanship, using a specially-trained herd to foster emotional growth, self-confidence and academic engagement.
