Literacy, Financial, and Digital Literacy – YWCA Westmoreland offers year-round opportunities for individuals to increase their skills and move toward a more financially stable future. Programs help individuals through classes in basic literacy, English as-a-second language, computer and technology literacy and financial literacy.
