Thank you for serving as a volunteer evaluator for United Way’s 2026 Multi-Year RFP.

We are deeply grateful for the time, thoughtfulness and community perspective you bring to this process. Your role is essential to ensuring a fair, thoughtful and community-centered review of proposals from nonprofits across our region. As an evaluator, you help strengthen funding recommendations by offering independent, community-informed insights and constructive feedback that supports both strong decision-making and future applicant learning.

This Evaluator Resources page is designed to support you throughout the review process. Here you’ll find everything you need to prepare for and complete your evaluations, including training information, access to the grant system, review materials and opportunities for optional support and connection with fellow evaluators and United Way staff. Whether you prefer to work independently or alongside others, these resources are here to help you feel confident, informed and supported every step of the way.
