Give to support basic needs.

This holiday season, our 211 contact center is experiencing skyrocketing demand for food, utilities and job assistance. With your donations, United Way can support agencies that are rising to meet basic needs. Give now so that everyone has enough. Click here to give.

At United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania, we value transparency and are proud to make it as easy as possible for you to access our audit, 990s and financial statements. Charity Watch states that nonprofits that spend 25% or less on overhead are “highly efficient” and our percentage is about 12%. Since 2011, we have earned the highest possible rating from Charity Navigator. We were also awarded a 2024 Platinum Seal of Transparency from Candid, the highest possible rating.
