Outdoor Discovery Center Nature Lessons – Armstrong Center for Community Learning’s Outdoor Discovery Center is the only nature center in Armstrong County that provides ongoing environmental and nature programming offered to individuals living with disabilities.

Increasing Internet Access for Underserved Populations:

Armstong Center for Community Learning – Expanded its vocational certification and licensure testing hours to evenings and weekends, making these opportunities accessible to rural residents with daytime work commitments. This expansion has empowered individuals to pursue career advancement on their own schedules, removing economic barriers and contributing to workforce development and economic growth in western Pennsylvania.
