Bible Center Church, through Oasis Farm and Fishery (OFF), provides opportunities for community members of all ages to increase their skills and confidence in urban agriculture, food preparation and food justice advocacy. OFF meets basic needs while also boosting communal capacity to build independent mutual aid and support networks.
