Union Mission is a beacon of hope for those experiencing homelessness
The Union Mission’s Homeless Response System provides safe shelter and ongoing support for individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Through case management, life skills training, education and employment support, the program helps individuals work toward greater stability and independence.
Turning tax returns into real change
Center for Community Resources’ Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) helps individuals and families make the most of available tax credits while building stronger financial futures. The program also connects participants with resources such as banking and budgeting support.
Inspiring young innovators through STEM learning
STEM Coding Lab helps young people build digital skills and explore opportunities in STEM through free, hands-on programming.
Healing and new beginnings
Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Laurel Region connects children facing adversity with strong, lasting relationships that can positively impact their lives. The program provides supported, one-to-one mentoring relationships through a proven, nationally recognized curriculum designed to help children thrive.
Back on track with the right tools
Abiding Missions' No Neighbor in Need program helps individuals and families in Allentown, South Pittsburgh, meet their basic needs by providing access to food, stable housing, clothing, transportation and other essential household resources.
